Quality Engineering srl
1995
Since 1995, Quality Engineering has provided Project Management, Engineering, and support to Procurement and Construction services on a global basis for complex projects in the Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure & Architecture Civil works and Industrial Plant sectors.
1995
Quality Engineering (QE) was founded by Alberto Santalucia in Pescara as a partnership. Optimization of client's operation processes was its primary activity field.
QE became a shareholder of PSTd'A through Impiantistica Innovativa (a "vehicle" company).
1995
1998
QE became a Limited Company (QE srl).
2002
QE srl opened new headquarters in Pescara.

2005
QE srl entered in a partnership with Technip-KTI SpA and founded “Processi Innovativi Srl”. Alberto Santalucia was declared as CEO of the new company.
2009
QE srl welcomed a new shareholders and governance: Cinzia Battaglia became Chairman and Alberto Santalucia was confirmed CEO.
QE srl finalized its first “EP” contract in an Auxiliary Reformer Plant, thus becoming an EP contractor.

QE srl expanded its EP contractor role to also include Civil Works activities.
2015
QE srl entered in its first Public Contract for Construction Supervision in the hospital sector.

2016
QE srl initiated its first R&D program S.T.R.E.A.M. that focused on the thermal desalination process and zero liquid discharge technology.
2019
QE srl entered a contract for Process Assessment and Engineering Design Services for an integrated ammonia-methanol large scale plant. This included critical items such as the primary reformer.

2020
QE srl opened new headquaters in San Giovanni Teatino - Chieti (CH).
2020
QE srl started another R&D "New Technology" program called HY.B.R.A. focused on bioplastic production from photo-autrophic bacteria.

2022
QE srl and Water Tosto SpA enter in an agreement with the “Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy” for another “R&D – New Technology” program named S.I.H.L.V.A.N. regarding emissions of H2 production from water split by a thermochemical cycle integrated with a downstream stream process.
